Draft for the Bank for Reconstruction, Frankfurt/Main, Germany

The clod-like brass plates surrounding the air shaft in the inner courtyard of the building rise and fall in the manner of a large body breathing in and out.
The plates are moved gently, pushed over one another and returned to their original positions.

Measures: "Clods" thickness 6 cm, max. length: 4 m, total height: 4 m, width of diagonals: 10 m

Power source: electric motor (spindle-stroke drive)
